HHB lowered my cash credit limit

Hi All,

I got my HHB bill today. I found it interesting that of a $900. credit limit  my cash credit limit was cut to $225.

I keep this card PIF every month.

Is it the sign of the times? Or, does HHB use Equifax? I had that cb lower my points when I paid a $12. old check.

I know HSBC is lowering cash limits to 25% of credit limits.
