They sent me the same letter , faxed in my paystub called a few hours later the number on back of card and had $500 cli. Never spoke to anyone nor did anyone call. I guess 500 to a 1000 cl is better then nothing. btw this happen today .  gl

I called them on 3 or 4 different occasions so far this year about an cli and was denied everytime but i never received an hard inquiry at all. they finally gave me an auto cli after having the card for 7 months.
Advice is what we ask for when we already know the answer but wish we didn't.
