I spoke to a lady and she said that HSBC account will go over 100% to Capital one on 30 Sep 2012. Has anyone heard or gotten anything to confirm this?

I can too, mine reports as Capital One too.

Mine have said Cap One for the past few months.

So does that mean all CLI's will stop?

I hope the CLI stay the same, because I pushed the luv last week and got $1000 CLI for $3100 total. I doubt I will get that kind of luv if they change the rules.
You have a luv button? No fair.

I have a HSBC charge off account from 4 yrs ago, since they're capital one now, what would happen to that account?? and also would that ruin my good history with capital one??? I applied for best buy card back in May and I got declined... I wonder if it's because of the that charge off

Yeah that's what I was told too. As of 10/1, the systems will finally be integrated as one and new plastics reflecting the new brand will be issued in Oct 2012. Also your CR will update from Capital One to Capital One Bank USA NA.
