Will this change still represent subprime or prime accounts?  I have two accounts with Capital One and one with Orchard bank.  Max limit is $500 on all three and I have only recieved one CLI on all three.  I would love at least one of these account to show a prime.

They are still giveing CLI's on Orchard Bank Cards.

I got one with a soft pull in July, but everyone I've talked to that asked for one since Aug 1 has been hard pulled.  Did you get one since Aug1?  Was it a hard pull?

It was a soft pull.

Sweet.  Too bad I'm not due for my regular 6 month CLI until Jan.

I just called a couple of minutes ago for CLI and got approved
