Congrats to all of you who got CLIs. I am always shocked to hear someone did. My HSBC M/C and Discover card do not even have a CLI option online. I think it is because they were Direct Merchants cards. I do not log into my accounts via HSBC's website. I go through accountcenralonline.com and nowhere is there a CLI button.
I totally agree with you. I've been with Direct Merchants / HSBC since 2004. I've requested CLI's over the years and never got one. This is the worst card ever! I'm stuck at $1500.
LOL! My credit limit used to be $1500.......but guess what......they reduced it to $300 last year (no explanation or prior warning given). What a joke this company is.
