Hello FICO friends, just want to ask if anyone is having the same issue with Orchard Bank. I just pulled my CR and the last time Orchard posted was April. Is this a common issue with them? I wanted to apply to AMEX so I can get back my 15 yrs of history but Orchard still showing a higher balance. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
That's all the time with them. You can dispute it through the credit reporting agency and/or call HSBC and ask to speak to the department that handles the credit bureau reporting.

Yes, I had to dispute the account with all 3 CRAs to get it current; All 3 updates were made within a few days.
I can't wait to fire HSBC.

That's the way I felt about capital one until one day, a few weeks ago, I decided to close both of my accounts with them and felt good doing so -- of course weighing in the factors involved around closing an account in good standing....
Thanks - I disputed and after 3 days my correct balance are showing on all 3 CB plus my CR is all updated to June 10.
