HSBC -> CapOne... New Card ???

The DW has an HSBC MasterCard. After the switch over to Cap One several months ago the card started reporting through the CRA's as Capitol One. However, she has never received a replacement card. Anyone else that has the HSBC card and never received a replacement Cap One card? Just curious as she received replacements for her other two (HSBC Orchard and Best Buy MC).

It says on the cap one site, that people could be receiving their new cards as late as the end of november. I just got mine a few weeks ago.
