HSBC now Niagara Bank for CC May 18th

So i just got a letter today in the mail from HSBC stating on May 18th my HSBC credit card will now transfer into a First Niagara credit card.

Also my Checking and Savings accounts are going to be transfer to Community Bank.

oh well, i really dont think it makes a difference with the credit card but the checking and savings i will cancel because i do not live upstate NY anymore.

I open those accounts in College a long time ago (will not say how long) lol and there arent any Community banks here in NYC.
