It's important to make the distinction between the time a payment posts against the current balance and the time the payment is reflected in your available credit. All CCCs are required to post a payment against the current balance on the same day they receive the funds. There is, however, no such requirement that the available credit needs to reflect the payment in a timely manner.

I have made 2 payments before and they posted in about 2 days. I don't know why this payment is still pending when it was already taken out of my bank account a few days ago.I called the rep and he said it could take up to 14 days for a payment to post. I was like WOW but you guys already took the money out of my account!! That's ridiculous!!Anyways, I hope it posts soon. I don't want to pay any interest!

So does that mean that the payment may have posted but it's just not reflecting on my available credit?I'm just so used to having my payment post and reflect on my available credit that I start freaking out a little bit!
And Cheddar's fee is low too!
