Does anyone know what time of the month HSBS reports to CRA?

My experience:  Between the 8th and 12th, HSBC reported the balance as of the last business day of the month.

Me, too.  Sometimes as early as the 7th.

Depends on the product. My HSBC MC (and Orchard when I had it) reported on the last business day of the month. My DMB Discover (an HSBC product) reports on the 7th or 8th. Check out True Credit. One of the great features it offers is the capability to see when each of your accounts reports to the bureaus.

I havent received anything.  What rate information were you given?
