I have had the hsn card for over 2 years. 2800 CL and have asked a few times and told they absolutely don't PC. You have to just apply for the new card. Personally don't think its anything I would re-app for. Nothing special. If you can get approved for it you could probably get approved for a better rewards/cash back card. I just keep the hsn store for the promotional 0% interest and extra flex pays.
