So, my wife was paying online and failed to hit the final submit to confirm button.
She noticed this after we recieved a late payment alert. She called and spoke to a CSR who told her that although we will not be reported to the CRA's unless it is 2 billing cycles late, we would still have to pay the late fee.
I was ok with this except that 6 days later, I logged into my account to find that they tokk my limit from $750 to $400.
I called back to try and reason with them and was sent to an automated system that asked me if I wanted a CLI. I said yes, it asked how much?
I replied $750 of course. It came back with a counter of $600.
I will take what I can get but it was just odd that they would lower me and then turn around the same day and give back $200 of it.
