Had amex zync for a 1.5 mths and says I'm preapproved for blue pref

Is this a joke or do you have to wait longer to apply for another card?

When I logged in earlier I was looking at some other cards and it says I was approved for Blue Preferred and Blue Sky

How accurate is this?  I've had an amex zync for a month and a half now.

Wait until your Experian score gets to near 700 and then apply.

Be careful, there was a thread a while back about this... some Web browsers don't play nicely with AmEx's site and cause that to pop up.

I saw that preapproval for Blue Cash Preferred and called in. Rep said it was a preapproval and all I needed to do was apply... so I took the inquiry hit and they declined me.

I wasn't thrilled. Didn't even bother to recon or to call executive services.

thankfully it isn't showing up anymore, so my impulse apping has gone away rofl.
