I got the 2%  back for the month of September birthday month this year on my Discover More.  It's up to $250 spend 2% back is a max of 5 bucks whereas the gift card is 10 if you're going to use it.  Sounds like a better deal.

Birthday is in the month of September. I already had the 2% on $250 in purchases offer, but I just received an email with a $10 itunes giftcard as well. Maybe they are doing both for some and only either or for others?
