Hard Pull's and Soft Pull's

I was reading another thread where someone was able to explain to me what Hard pulls are and what soft pulls are. So now i wanted to know what type of places due soft pulls??

Geez...thanks for the list! Now, to be clear, do these places do soft pulls after an app or only as part of the "Shopping Cart Trick?"

I saw this list before....it was my understanding it is a SP ONLY if you do the shopping cart trick and get a pre approval pop up....Correct me if I am wrong. So, if you go to the site and apply for the card it would be a HP....Yes????

FYI ....................any app that ask only for the last four digits of your SS# is a SP app ....make sure pop up blocker is off also

So they don't pull a HP at all for a new app if you're preapproved?
