Hard or soft pull?

[ Edited ]

Maybe we can get a thread going so we can know what companies pull what. If you know what company does what post it here. i would like to know if kohls and home depot does soft or hard pulls and how easy is it to get a CLI with them.

Re: home depot store card

Are you referencing "soft or hard" for a CLI ........... or the INITIAL  application of account ? Almost every lender will do a "hard"pull when the account is first applied for.... some will just do a "soft" for approving a limit increase , then again, there are some that will ding you for a hard for a limit increase  even on an existing account.... anyone see it any differently ?
