For approval, expect a hard pull.   For a CLI ?  Most of the time they are soft pulls.

Sorry...I already have 2 GE accounts..... I just want to try and get my utilization u to par Just need CLI for Walmart store card and a chevron card

both of those should be SP's, you have to call in now for customer initiated CLI's.
