For me Alliant has been worth the hard pull. I love their savings/checking interest rates.
I got my first real credit card from Alliant in Dec. of 2010 with a 1,000 credit line @ 10.3 interest. I then got it bumped up to $2,000 6 months later in June.
When I called in June 2011 for a CLI they said that they do no do automatic CLI anymore
