Has Chase given WaMu cardholders CLI since takeover?

I was able to pc(product change) to Chase Freedom Plus, however no CLI

PC'd to Freedom Plus.  No CLI.  I heavily use....nearly maxed this past month, but PIF prior to statement cut.

Went from Wamu Plat. to Chase Freedom.

I got $300 bucks.  But it was a hard inquiry.

Dh got $500.  Also a hard inq.
