I used mine all through May because they claimed to be offering 10 cents per gallon in credit which is supposed to automatically appear on my next statement. I'm curious to see if they will follow through on this. If they don't, I have all my May gas receipts and the mailing that they sent, and I'll try to dispute if it comes to that.
But... I hadn't used it for months before that, and it's back in the SD now. Far as upgrading it to Visa, I'd have to agree with previous poster that it would only serve to ding your AAoA, at least if it would be regarded as PC. Without special circumstances like the offer last month, the card is pretty useless either way.

It's the one card they don't auto upgrade. I have $2400 limit on the regular gas card. Although if offered, I wouldn't accept it because it would be a hit on my AAoA.
You might try calling to see what the process is though.
thanks everyone, I see they have some kind of online store now that you can use your gas card at for electronics now too, really weird
