Has anyone gotten any love from Kohl's lately?

Called Kohl's today for a possible CLI, no dice. Still at my original limit of 300, don't get it. I now have card with 5000 limits but can't get a cli from Kohl's, go figure. Account has been open for > 2 years.

Haven't got any alerts yet, and she didn't say that they were going to do hard pull.

Yes.  I called and got a CLI from $300 to $1000 earlier this week.  It was a soft pull

Got an auto bump, 400, in November

I did one last month, which was a soft pull. Went from 300 to 2k

Just made a phone call & my CL went from $400 to $1,000! I specifically asked the rep if this was a soft pull. Her response was "It's neither a soft or a hard pull. We go by the info we get from the CRAs every 3 months." I asked if it is mostly an internal evaluation, and she said it is. My CL has been at $400 since I opened the account in 2010.
