Has anyone responded to the "pre-approved" ITAs that HSBC has been mass-mailing?

I've been getting them, and  I'd like to know what kind of CLs they're offering.

Thing is, I closed an Orchard Bank MC with a $1300 CL late last year b/c of the $39 AF. I don't do AFs any more.
