Having Ink Bold confer full UR status to all points?

Anyone know if Chase is similar to Amex where if you have the Ink Bold, all your personal points (say, earned on a Freedom) has full UR capability?

Negative. However, you can easily transfer points from Freedom to any other account with Chase. I transfer to my Chase Sapphire Preferred to utilize the full capabilities. The Ink Bold will also work.

Yes, that is correct in terms of transferring UR points to airline miles (United)/Hotel points(Hyatt)/etc. The CSP can do the same as well since it's a premium product (with AF).

AMEX Cash Rebate (this isn't Costco, older version of Blue Cash), AMEX Blue Cash, AMEX BCP, AMEX SPG (personal), Barclay Sallie Mae Plat MC, BBVA Compass NBA AMEX (No AF), Capital One QuickSilver VISA Sig, Capital One QuickSilver World MC, 2x Chase Freedom VISA Sig, Chase Ink Bold World Elite MC, Citi Dividend AMEX/World MC, Citi Double Cash, Citi Hilton VISA Sig, Discover More, Discover It, Fidelity AMEX, Huntington Voice World MC, MyPoints Rewards VISA, 2x US Bank Cash+ VISA Sig

If you have a CSP along with other premium UR cards (Ink Bold, JPM Select, JPM Palladium, etc.) and you want to transfer points from a non-premium card, like Freedom, you might as well send them to your CSP account. There's a chance that Chase might give you the 7% annual CSP dividend on those transferred points, which I've seen happen on occasion.
