You have to go to site and create an account, believe it starts with pop up saying enter email for coupons or such... then go back in after email and create the rest of the profile, address, phone, etc.
Then make sure you are logged in and have filled in any fields within the profile possible, then go back and add something to the cart, anything at all and start the check out process, I forget how far you get before the pop up, but if you get to check out and you are at the place to add your credit card, you didn't get pre-approved and there for would want to close out unless you really want item regardless!
