Help for a friend

I need help for a friend. She started her Medial Residency program and works in a Hospital. She is on a J1 Visa with Social Security Number. She has no credit hisory in US. What is the best way for her to start building credit in this country?

+1 to the above - the 4e) case was something I'd known about when I first got here on the same visa in the same situation. Definitely worth a read for her.
