I vote to PC one or both Ventures to a QS Visa!
Considering receiving AA from Chase, I'd stop apping for a while and just use what you have.

Last time I checked, chase is not the end-all, be-all lender. The buck doesn't stop with them, etc. Same lender who has a 5 cards/24 month rule.

Since the FNBO BucksBack card usually pulls EX AFAIK, if your EX score is high enough, I'd say there's no harm in applying (couldn't tell just from your signature line if your 696 score was your EX FICO or not?). FWIW, when I apped and was approved for the FNBO BucksBack card, my EX FICO was 70x; I forget the exact third-digit value, since my scores have since updated from when I originally apped for it.
