I am looking for some advice on which card to apply for to get a 0% APR for at least 6 months, but preferably a year. Rewards, etc doesn't matter.
My background-
BK in 2008
Opened my NFCU CC in June 2013, starting limit 2500 now up to 10000/current bal $1000
Opened Walmart CC in Aug 2013, starting limit 800, now up to 1350/ currently 0 bal
I have 3 Cap One Cards, all around 2 years old. Limits in my sig/currently 255 ba on 1, 0 bal on the others
The Care Credit card is about 3-4 years old, limit 7000/ current bal 1000
Student Loan 17k
My TU score is 655 per Walmart this month.
Any thoughts on which card I should apply for?

Citi Simplicity offers 0% on purchase and BT APR for 18 months. Just a basic card with no rewards.
Thanks! Are Citi cards hard to get? I have never applied with them. With my BK, just want to be careful about which cards I apply for.

There is no guarantee on how they will react to that but you may be able to get a recon with an analyst if you get denied.
Thanks! I tried the link and they did not have any approvals for me. I may apply and see what happens. Any other suggestions?

It may be able to match you with various deals. There are quite a few cards that have 12 or 15 month 0% APR right now.

I would love a Discover! Both Discover and Barclay denied me earlier this year though 
Barclay I understand as they were included in the BK. Had not done business with Discover before though.

Thanks, I tried cardmatch.com and it only showed me more Cap One cards ugh. I wonder if I could get a 4th card with them.
