INQs should fall off your CRs in 2 yrs and should no longer impact your CRs after one year.
FWIW, the overall UTIL isn't too bad, but the UTIL on the Fingerhut TL is over 60%. You'd probably see a score boost if you worked on pushing that down.
As for the collection, you should look on the "Rebuilding" board for how to handle that. They'd probably suggest any range from ideas from DV to HIPAA (since it's medical) to other methods of dispute.
