Help understand how Chase BT works

Approved for Chase Freedom Unlimited. Still didn't receive card. BT said pending in account activity on 3/16. Today it has nothing. When I look in BT history it says "unable to  complete" I think it also said that when it was in pending. So what does  this  mean?

Call Chase customer service on the phone and ask them.
