Hey recent Delta Skymiles Amex sign-ups...

My new card arrived today and I see no reference to the 35K miles bonus for $1K spend in first three months.  It's not in the packet and not on the online account anywhere.  How do I know if I get this sign-up bonus?  Did you experience the same thing?   Thanks, B

If you spend 1000 dollars or more within the next three months, then you get the 30,000 mile bonus pretty much. I think if you buy a flight with Delta within the same time period, you'll also get a 50 dollar statement credit.

Just to be sure, here's what their website says:

"Earn 30,000 bonus miles after you use your new Card to make $1,000 in purchases within the first 3 months and a $50 statement credit after you make a Delta purchase with your new Card within your first 3 months."

I think I saw some people mention something about a 35K bonus but I'm really not sure if they are offering that right now or not. I ought to call them to make sure.

Same happened to me. No reference anywhere. I am assuming we will be automatically credited the 35k after $1k spend.

If you applied thru Delta it's 35k miles.

Never got anything with my card either, and I couldn't find any reference to it online (got the card in April of this year).

I did, however, get both the $50 credit and the 30k miles (disbursed as a 17k and a 13k mile chunk on the same day for some reason).  I got both when the first statement cut as I satisfied everything in the first week.

Oh okay. That explains a lot then. I just applied directly via Amex's website.

i got mine about 2 weeks after i received the card cause i only have a 1000 dollar limit so i ran up house bills on it then made multiple pif but once i hit the 1000 they credited me with the miles. now just waiting till june 18th to go for my 3x cli, hope my 4 new accts since them dosent affect it.
