When you apply for BML/PayPal Credit you will get a hard inquiry on Equifax (could be a regional thing) that shows up but after that, any balance you may have and the entire tradeline will NEVER show up on your credit reports.
I've had mine for over four years and it's the invisible man.
FYI if you default on your PayPal Credit debt it will show up eventually as a late pay/collection/charge-off on the three CB's please note.
