Just curious what other folks have gotten for starting CL with prime (for 'excellent credit') Capital One cards. Didn't really find any info when searching, but thought this would be interesting given Capital One's reputation for being stingy with CL.
Personally, I got a $7,700 back around 2006 for some sort of Cap One platinum card, but that was with a balance transfer. Without a BT, I don't know if they would have given me that CL. I also have a Sony Card that Cap One bought from Chase last year or so that came it at $6,900 and has stayed there (but I haven't really used it in a decade or so).
Please note the type of card, the CL, and FICO score (or brief credit profile if possible) when you were approved. Thanks!
HIghest I've seen is $20k. It's going to depend on your income and other reporting limits. CapOne prime cards are a whole different ballgame than their subprime cards, almost like a different company.

Wow, $20k to start? Nice!

Curious, is their customer service any different/better for their prime cards ?
Same customer service but people who get approved for 5000+ get a world mastercard instead of their platinum card. This gives benefits such as extended warranty protection travel loss accident etc

I have those benefits on my regular/rebuilder "Platinum" card
