Hilton Honors American Express Approved

I applied last night and they could not find the application and checked this morning and it said in progress so i called in and had them process it and then i saw this

01/09/13
THE HILTON HHONORS(R) SURPASS CARD FROM AMERICAN EXPRESS
Approved
Congratulations! Your application has been approved and you should receive your new card within 7-10 days.
If you requested a balance transfer to this card, click here to view the status of that transfer

It is only a $1,000 limit which i am guess because my Util is highish right now at 30%, i am going to be sure that i apply for the 3x CLI at the 61 day mark.  For others that are curious i have had my ZYNC for just over 6 months and consistently run about $3500 through it a month.

Re: Hilton Honors American Express Approved

Thats AMAZING at least your in with AMEX AND IF YOU ONE DAY PLAN TO APP FOR ANTOHER AMEX CARD IT WILL ONLY BE A SP!! :smileyhappy: Congrats!!

Im a 18 yr old in high school with no annual income that loves learning new things about credit. I pulled my FIRST Experian Score from Quizzle.com (on 2-9-13). Quizzle.com was the only site that was able to find my credit report, the rest required more information in order to do so since I lack public records. I'll update on the cards I am currently as an AU because some haven't reported yet. I don't own any cards under my name since I don't have an annual income to include when applying. Im super EXCITED!! MyFico.com is awesome!!!

I am unsure how many cards you can have, So far i have one Charge (ZYNC) with them and now one revolver.  It may depend on your unique situation as to how many cards Amex wants to issue you.

Re: Hilton Honors American Express Approved

^^ yea i mean if you usually stay at Hilton hotels then why need more right? ZYNC has the NPSL plus your new Hilton can be used anywhere else AMEX IS ACCEPTED AND STILL GET POINTS. Your right. No more is needed :smileyhappy:

It's a soft pull if you are denied.  If you are approved, it is a hard pull.

Additionally, this isn't a hard and fast rule.  Sometimes and application is borderline, so they pull one or two of the other reports.  After doing so, it still may end up a denial, in which case you would have hard pulls.
