Hmm problem with paying my T-mobile bill with my CSP?

Tried paying my T-mobile bill tonight with my CSP and i couldn't. So i bought a $0.50 Amazon gift card to myself and it went through. So this is a problem with T-mobile right? or is chase not liking me to put that bill through ?

T-Mobile has a quirky website that sometimes does that to credit card transactions. I have guessed that it must be due to system overload Smiley Happy

Try it in a couple of days and it should pass.

Then again, I've got friends who've reported this happening every other month. I generally pay for them and then collect cash !

Did you try paying over the phone?  I usually pay my T-mobile bill over the phone by dialing 611 and following the automated promptings.  There's no charge for this.

Re: Hmm problem with paying my T-mobile bill with my CSP?

I've had T-Mobile 10 yrs and last month this same thing happened to me for the first time.

i was using my Capital One QuickSilver and kept getting error message. I called Capital One amd

the CSR could see all the times I attempted to pay. She checked their part of the deal and said everything

checked out fine on their end and she was willing to do a 3 way call  with tmobile to tell them funds are

avail. And for them to push it thru. I declined it and called then automated system and it went right thru.

i would try the automated system for the payment. Hope this helps !!
