Does anyone know a backdoor number to Home Depot credit. I have numerous cards with Citi which backs the home depot card. I had a mistake reported on my credit file and Cit slashed the CL. I called the "Citi" cards and they checked it without a hard pull and saw the mistake and reinstated the CL. Home Depot says they can't do it without a hard inq. Any number to the credit department would be great because CS says they can't.
