Home Depot Pre-Qual Site

I recently went to the Home Depot site to see if i pre-qualified for their credit card. It came back that I did not pre-qualify. Has anyone done this, then apped and received an approval? I ask as I will be purchasing some new kitchen appliances very soon and would like their 0% offer...

Your scores aren't bad at all. I'd say go for it. Only app if you dont have a lot of recent inquiries. If you have app'd for anything in the last 60-90 days then I would wait. Just in case they are inquiry sensitive.

Just did this exact thing. Prequal site said no, went to HD website and applied got approved for $500 bucks, called the CS number told them I wanted to get some new cabinets for my house and was bumped up to 5k instantly with no second HP! I'd say go for it!!
