Home Depot will not match the 10% off that veterans get at all Lowe;s stores however

Shame on them.

It is a shame in all honesty....the feeble attempt at sarcasm and all

That was sarcasm?

No, Really. I'll shop at Lowe's before I shop at HD since I found out they do not do a veteran's discount like Lowe's does.

sorry....

Ok, this may be a really dumb question, but I honestly dont know the answer:

Why would someone take a HP to get 6 months at 0% on purchases of $299 or more - when the same HP could be used to get a CC with 0% for upto 18 months - with all of the "rewards" and "benefits" that come with a CC and with no minimum purchase? - And this card has an extortionate APR too

Just kicking rocks - wondering Smiley Wink

Note that it is 6 months on each purchase.  This is different then a 0% introductory rate.

Re: Home Depot Prescreen link?

Yay.   I was prequalified with a 25.9% APR.  But, since I don't even own a home, this won't be pulling me out of the Garden.
