The same thing happen to me,I was in shock.No problem I since opened an account with "LOWE"S" and they approved me with no problem.

I too loved "HOME DEPOT" but they will get no more business from me

Check out LOWE'S it's as busy as Home Depot and you actually have store personnel in the store to assist you when needed.
