They do automatic CLI's. They do not take requests. I forget when I get my CLI, but I think it was after 6 months. I started with a $500 CL and charged up to the limit and then paid if full every month for the first 6 months. My limit then increased to $900 and it has been there for over a year now (I have been carrying an $800+ balance, so I am not surprised that I have not gotten any additional CLI).
