Have not heard of cli @ activation. Have heard of CLI @ 6 mos. and then @ every 4 mos. after. Of course, as w/all ccs, YMMV. I have seen people start out @ 300-500 and then be @ 1.5k within 1-1.5 yrs. Also, I have heard of people getting APR and AF lowered once they establish history w/hooters.
Idk what my CL is yet- I called hooters 3 days after my app and they said I was approved earlier that day but they did not see CL yet. Been busy w/life so have not called back/am just waiting for the cc to arrive. For me, hooters will allow me to dump first premier (and possibly later orchard)- subprimes who will NOT grow w/me. APR and CL will probably not be fabulous initially, but at least hooters DOES grow w/you and for me, APR is not a big deal as I PIF.
