Hooters Mastercard Approved!

Thought I would try, tried once shortly after I turned 18 and was turned down. Now at 19, I have a hooters card.

My last known score was with EQ it was 639, this was due to my credit is very new, and my car loan had just posted to my CRs. 

This was pulled by US bank, the lady told me the score. (I was applying for a US bank student visa (which I got btw only 300$ limit though)

anyways, I applied last week for hooters just for the heck of it. They called the next day to verify things (due to fraud alert) and never heard from them again.

Then today, the card came in the mail 500$ limit. My friends make fun of me being a young male of my umm prefernece holding a hooters card lol. 

Anyways, is this card known to grow with you? Or are they stingy?

That makes:

Macy's  Store 400$

Macy's Furniture 1500$

Wells Fargo Student Visa 800$

U.S. Bank Student Visa 300$

Crown Jewelers 2500$ 

Car loan 6500$ 

and last but not least 

Hooters Mastercard 500$

and I turned 19 in may

Congrats on you approval! Wow, you're so young. It's a good thing you are on this forum! I wish I had a resource like this when I was your age. BTW, I just got a Hooters card with the same CL, but others on here have higher limits. You might see a CLI over time.

I hope I do see increases, a lot of people have reported 200$ increase after the 7th statement, so we will see!

I think so too, I think I am going to stop right where I am at and let things age.

I may trade in my car next year if they continue cash for clunkers... We will see!
