Hooters closed my account! Watch your accounts, credit crunch???

I just got mine in June-$500 cl and checked it , it is fine.

I checked mine and it's still opened. They might be closing cards becuase a lot of people has been using they're Hooters as a SD card. I use mine to pay a couple of bills every Month. It's certain cards that I make sure I use every Month that I don't wanna lose and a few that rarely use becuase they were starter cards and still have low limits.

Well I used my card every month to pay my car insurance anyway it,s there lost I was a good customer.

I just checked mine online, payment was made yesterday, account opened still. I guess I'd be prime candidate; opened in 2/08, 6 cards opened since.  I'll keep you updated.

Not only Hooters, I have an Imagine Mastercard and they also closed my account as well due to inactivity and without my knowledge. What makes me pissed is that I have been paying faithfully every month, and they up and closed it. I know its gonna take a big hit on my credit but I told them since they closed the account they can pay the rest of the balance off themselves. This is just crazy!!!!
