Is this considered one of the better Household Bank cards or subprime like Orchard?

What's typical starting limit?

I have heard in the past people have got one CLI at 6 months and then nothing ever again, any new experience with the card?

I have this card; I consider it prime because it has a 14.99% APR no annual fee and 2K limit. But never gotten a CLI. Discover counter offered this to me about two years ago when I didnt get approved with them. Rewards are not good.
