I checked my Orchard card as well, same response call customer care which I did and was given an increase from 300 to 400, and was told it was a manual pull and a hard pull was not required. Have a good day everyone !

The old cli request form on my Household acount with no annual fee that used to give pretty good increases every six months a few years back finally approved a request for 1k and now my limit is 5k (the max limit for this card).

Ok Yesterday when I first read your post of course I tried and it said "Sorry we are not taking credit increase requests at this time"
So today I tried again and it said "In order to process your request, please contact us to speak to a Customer Care representative."
That to me is progress!! Keeping my fingers crossed. I have a balance credit with them right now, and I haven't used the card in a month. I will wait and see if it changes.
