Okay I'm shocked. We just moved to Florida and ran the cards up during the move. My overall util is 73% and my util on my BBRZMC is about 97%. I'm not sure why but I just requested a CLI and they gave me a $750 increase to $4150

I just put a CLI in for my Gold BBRZMC, I got the 72 hour time frame notice. A few months back when they were doing CLI's I would get the 7-10 days message and that would be a decline. Anyone else gotten the 72 hour message this time around?
Also, a few months back, it was never a HP always was SP for me.

I, too... got the "call customer service to complete your request." So I called, and the rep asked for my income, address... and then told me I have to wait 7-10 days for a letter to come in the mail. Smells like a denial to me.

No luck for BB store card (800 CL). Clicked on the luv button and got a declined and that I will receive a mail within 7-10 days. I'm going to pray that hopefully this is just a soft and not a hard pull.

gbishere, that's the exact message I received when I hit the luv button, received an e-mail later that evening I believe stating they had increased my limit and didn't have to pull my credit.
