I asked when I had their card and it was a SP, but my files were frozen so it could be YMMV.

When I press the button it always says form is unavailable.

If they pulled TU, Yes it would. I update my CK daily and anytime I applied for anything it would be reflected on my scorecard because the number of inquiries would change.
