How Do Unused Cards Report?

If I don't use my cards each month how do they report?
Is it a positive each month or what, I see on my 3 reports that they actually show each month broken down showing a green positive box. So if one month you don't use the card what would that show for that month.
Confused on this one
Amex BCE $11,000 / Amex Everyday $5,000 / Discover It $1,500 / Citi DP $2,500 / Citi TYP $2,000 / BoA Cash $3,000 /
Chase Freedom $1,000 / Chase CSP $7,000

They report positive with a 0 balance, unless you are carrying a balance on them.

Re: How Do Unused Cards Report?

They report just like your other credit cards except instead of a balance it just says $0.00. Very positive, Smiley Happy.

Re: How Do Unused Cards Report?

Actually, depends on the card issuer.  Some do not report if there is no activity which shows up differently.

Re: How Do Unused Cards Report?

Usually just the bank reports... for ex. my Freedom reports as "Chase USA" or s'thin' similar. The specific product doesn't report...
So Discover wouldn't say IT... Just DFS...
Is that helpful?
And naturally if you have a $0 statement balance, that will report -although many creditors are known to drag their feet reporting when you pay down a big balance...
