For Inq's to fall off of your credit report? I still have inq's on my report that date back to April of 2011... Over a year ago! ARGH! Blast you temptations.. Blast youuuuu lol

Inquiries are 2 years. But fico scoring model ignores inquiries over 1 year for scoring purposes.

One more year, it two years for INQ's.
