On Oct 30th, I called Chase and asked them to transfer some credit from one of my cards to the other. They said no problem and it would take affect immediately. I also would be receiving a letter in the mail saying that everything was completed. I went online to look at my account and I have not seen the changes yet. Is this normal? Will it show up on my next billing cycle?
Just checked my online account today and I have updated CL on my accounts after calling them on Monday the 30th. So it takes almost a week and a half to see the updated CL. This post can be closed now, thanks!
