How Many Hasbc accounts?

I have an Orchard that I have had for about 19 months and just got an Best Buy Rewards MC so was wondering how many HSBC accounts can I have. The Account Manager with HSBC said there is no limit that she was aware of cause people call all the time with several different HSBC backed cards on there report.

I thought the limit was 2.... But if the rep told you different then maybe not.

I have an Orchard and applied for an HSBC after being pre-approved.  I was told the HSBC card was declined because my Orchard card is too new - they like to see 12 months between applications.
Just puttin' syrup on something, don't make it pancakes.
